Your use of the EMapMe Ltd., referred to in this document as the 'app' or the 'service' is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions.
By using the EMapMe you are fully accepting of the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must immediately stop using this app.
You must not use this app for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, or impose new or additional terms and conditions at any time in the future.

2. Privacy Policy.
We do not collect any personal information, however because the app uses Google Maps API the user is subject to Google's Privacy policy.

3. Information contained within the App.
The App is intended to be used on smart phones which have a working and stable internet connection. If the user is not connected to the internet the app will not be able to ascertain the user's current location and therefore the service will not function as intended. Also, when not connected to WIFI the app uses GPS to find your location, therefore it is recommended that you use the app outdoors for more accurate results.
The app uses the Google Maps API to display locations on a map, and also to display directions along a route. These directions should be used only as a reference and should not be relied upon for navigational purposes. You should use the app in conjunction with other navigation aids such as printed maps or car GPS navigation devices.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the app, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, that the content on the app is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
We may make changes to the materials contained on the app at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
We will not be held liable or held responsible for a claim arising from any inaccuracy of the information contained within the app.
4. Safety and responsible use.
We warn against the dangers of using mobile phones, computers and other electronic equipment when the user is engaged in potentially hazardous activities such as driving or operating machinery.
You acknowledge and agree that the app is provided without warranty of any kind, and that we are not liable for any accident which may occur as a result of using the app.

The app includes links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any links to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites, and that we make no warranty that these websites are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
6. Copyright.
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the app and its content (including without limitation the app design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the app) are owned by or licensed to eMapMe Ltd. or otherwise used by us as permitted by law.
You agree not to violate, circumvent or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise interfere with, or cause another third party to attempt to do so on your behalf, with any element or elements of the security framework of the EMapMe Ltd. Such persons as may be found guilty of interfering with the app engineering matrix may be prosecuted.
7. Disclaimers and limitations of liability.
The App is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.
We make no warranty that the functionality of the app will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the app or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
8. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold eMapMe Ltd. harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this app.
9. Severance.
If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such term or condition shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
10. Governing law.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
